Discover traditional and academic drawing techniques, used by renowned artists throughout history. In our Drawing Masterclass you will create visually stunning drawings with pencil and charcoal. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, in this course you will improve your observational skills and develop a keen eye to perceive form and capture details.

Instructor
Evan Fugazzi currently lives and works in Amsterdam. He received his Master of Fine Arts degree in 2012 from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia and his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. He received certificates in Drawing and Painting from the Florence Academy of Art studying both in Florence, Italy and in Gothenburg, Sweden. In 2013 Fugazzi received the 701 Center for Contemporary Art/University of South Carolina Teaching Artist Residency in Columbia, SC, attended the Vermont Studio Center Residency in 2019, and was awarded a Ballinglen Arts Foundation Fellowship. Evan has had solo exhibitions at Gross McCleaf Gallery, Galerie Hertz, 701 Center for Contemporary Art, and Southeastern Louisiana University. His work is included in the collections of Churchill Downs and the Frazier Rehabilitations Clinic in Louisville, KY; Tiffanys & Co in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Inhabit Southwick Street Hotel and Queens Garden Hotel in London, England; and the Woodmere Art Museum and PMC Property Group in Philadelphia, PA.
