What we offer
This flexible option allows you to experience the dynamic atmosphere and exceptional instruction of our complete sculpture program for a single trimester. It's not only an opportunity to deepen your sculpting skills but also a chance to witness firsthand how we work and learn.
The 'Single Trimester' serves as a perfect stepping stone, giving you the freedom to explore our approach, connect with fellow artists, and make an informed decision about continuing with our Complete Sculpture Program.
The Complete Sculpture Program is our part-time, two-year program that covers all the essential aspects of figurative sculpture.
What you will learn
Option 1: Single term Portrait.
Introduction to techniques that help to work from observation. Special attention to proportions, contours and planes through master copies, sculpting a skull and portrait.Option 2: Single term Figure.
Learn the techniques that help to work from observation: comparative measurement and drawing in space and introduction to form rendering. Blocking in the human figure in a natural pose. Special attention given to proportions, contours and gesture.
Option 3: Single term Mastercopies.
Amplification and consolidation of techniques and introduction to form rendering. Assignments: studies hand / foot, relief, master copies écorché.Option 4: Single term Torso.
Learn the techniques to shape harder and softer forms in life size. You will independently create a life size torso with natural posture, with attention to composition, gesture, proportions and form rendering.Get in touch with us today and find out about open spots!

Working with a life model is as close as you can get, like figuring out a real life puzzle. It's interesting to see how the pose changes, to see the model breathe.

Classical studies are like a building block, a good base. I think you should be able to be correct. Once you know the rules of anatomy you can break them, and go beyond.. But you can break rules only if you know them.

Yes, as an Single Trimester student, you will have access to the same resources, facilities, and mentorship opportunities as our full-program students. You will be able to work in our studio during class days and engage with our experienced instructors.

Absolutely! The Single Trimester is an excellent opportunity to experience our teaching methods, interact with fellow sculptors, and understand our approach. If you decide to continue with the complete program after the Single Trimester, we would be delighted to have you join us. To make sure we have an open spot also for the following trimester, talk to us as soon as your wish arises.
